The temperature should be 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
What I think is more important to pay attention to is about the time. Different materials should be done for different length of time.
Here is a small tip about the timing:
For rhinestone desgins only or combination of glitter and rhinestones, use 350 degrees F for 10-15 seconds. If there is sequins in the design, extend the time to 25-30 seconds at 350 degrees F

About 180 ℃ is OK.
After warm up your iron for a few minutes, press your iron on the hot-fix transfer for about 15 seconds. If there is sequins in the design, extend the time to 25-30 seconds. Then put away your iron and wait the transfer to be completely cool before SLOWLY removing the clear paper.

First I have to confirm with you if the iron on transfer is our product? If it is, the proper temperature to apply it to a common shirt is about 350 degrees Fahrenheit (about 176.7 degrees Celsius).
