Do you offer application process? Like I have blank shirts, most of which are white. And I wanna buy your transfers to fill the designs of the shirts. Can you do the application process?
No. They only sell the rhinestone transfers. You'll have to press the transfers to garments yourself. Their rhinestone designs are pretty, though. And cheap!!

No, they don't.
They are a wholesale seller. They just sell the transfers with rhinestones and glitters and other materials.
And they are in China.
Besides, it's not reasonable to deliver your garments to them to iron and then ship them back. U need to buy a heat press machine.
