Just iron it again. The glue on the back is reusable. So if u press the stones again with heat, the glue will melt again and be sticky to the garment. Try to repeat the heat pressing until the transfer is totally adhered to the garment. I had the same experience as u in the beginning, but it's getting more and more skillful.

Dear Betsy, thank your for your support for buying our product and asking for help from us. Before I can help, I need to know how is your transfer is like now? Is the temperature too high or what is your problem? A general information for you here is that if the transfer itself has not been damaged, you can just process the application again. Set the iron to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Press the transfer onto the garment for about 10 seconds. Check if the transfer is sticky to the garment. If not, repeat the pressing until it is. If your transfer is totally ruined, then I'm sorry there might not be much we can repair it. But maybe we can arrange another order for you if you are interested. Hope above assists. Best wishes!
