How have these held up being washed and dried?

I washed inside out and hung dry and it held up great. I didn't try to dry it because I was worried that it would get too hot.

I have washed my hoodie twice now and haven't lost any stones but I had someone use a professional heat press to put them on. It was so worth the few dollars that they charged for the service.
