I'm afraid we should judge it by the material.
Because for most "silk" fabric in the market, they are not real silk but something poly or fake silk. They have high Melting point. So we can iron rhinestone on them. But for real silk, it's too thin to iron rhinestones on it. I recommend you to use studs.

Im very glad to answer your question. The rhinestone transfers could be pressed on any fabric except leather. So the silk is all right.
