To buy a sport shirt with already-made letters and numbers from a store is not only expensive, but also “old school”. Nothing is hard if you really devote yourself into it. Why not DIY one? Let’s get it done!
Try to a needle & thread, or a sewing machine to complete the process. Heat-press tackle twill is also available. If stitching is too difficult or time-consuming, then complete the next step. Basic uniforms have logo in the front and number or name on the back. The shorts or pants can have stitched tackle-twill stripes.
Purchase an iron-on kit from a department store. Print logos and numbers and iron the product according to instruction. Please check “how to iron on’ to finish the whole process. For bulk orders, consider a heat press for multiple uniforms. If this method is too expensive, consider buying pre-made T-shirts with the process below.
Custom irons on t-shirts are available from many online stores. Many websites offer software to design logos with quite low minimum orders, and also CSTOWN can make custom sport iron on transfers for your DIY pleasure. Common methods of production are screen printing and digital screen printing, which is generally less expensive.
