Inspection Process
STEP 1: Sample Inspection
After the first heat transfer is completed, the sample should be sent for quality inspection.
STEP 2: Details Check
The quality inspector will check the details of the product, including the quantity, design, color and size.
STEP 3: Defect Material Change
Inspectors will carefully check and change the defective material.
STEP 4: Backing Check
Inspector will uncover the adhesive paper to check whether the backing of the heat transfer is qualified.
STEP 5: Heat Pressing Test
All products will be sampled for heat pressing test to observe the performance.
