1.Quality Assurance
CSTOWN guarantees that all of our merchandise is of high quality. We have strict quality control guidelines in place to assure you of high production standards.

2.Refund Policy
We have a 100% refund (or replacement) guarantee if any quality issues or any mistakes made by us.

Refund and replacement are only accepted if merchandise is found defective or deficient upon receipt. Customers must report to our sales rep within 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.

3.Refund or Replacement Procedure

⑴ Taking photos as evidence:
Photos must include receipt and defective or deficient merchandise

⑵ Contact the sales rep:
Please send the photos to our sales rep and report the issues.

① We will issue a refund or a replacement or reissue caused by our faults such as the quality problem or the insufficient quantity of the products.

② Orders cannot be changed or canceled once payment is processed! If there are any questions, please contact our sales rep.

③ Since a design confirmation has been made before payment, if you are not satisfied with the design ( patterns, size, colors, etc.) after you have received the products, we will not issue a refund in principle. Please contact the sales rep for a solution.

④ Please follow the instructions to transfer. We are not responsible for our products once they are printed on the clothing. We will not issue a refund caused by customer’s misoperation.

⑤ Please feel free to contact your sales rep if you have any questions.

⑶ Wait refund or replacement
After meeting the refund terms, we will arrange a refund and return it to the original account. The average processing time is 3 business days.

Defective products can be refunded or replaced. Customers do not need to send back the products.

Apparel Refund Policy

1.Orders Cannot Be Canceled/Edited
After you’ve placed an online order, you cannot cancel or edit it. Please scrutinize the order before you pay.

2.Refund Policy
⑴ If you have an issue or concern with an order you’ve received, contact within 12 hours.

⑵ Refund is only accepted if merchandise is found defective.

⑶ We don’t process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Tip: Inspect your garments before decorating them.

⑷ We don’t accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.

⑸ You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise.

⑹ All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs and COD charges.

⑺ We don’t provide cash refunds.
