Should I pay in advance if I want a hurry order?

Dear Client, thank you for your interest in our products. In principle, we require our clients to pay as soon as the order is forward. But we have some promotions for our old clients. If you have cooperated with us before and kept a fine record, then we'll have you recorded as an old customer. And our supervisor will decide if you'll qualify a hurry order and if he/she approves, you then will have the special treatment to pay after the order is made and put into production.
