Special Effects

Standard multicolor

This special effect has quick-drying performance, color stability, high elasticity, and it also has good washing fastness, light fastness and humidity rubbing fastness. It has passed the SGS and OEKO-TEX100  environmental certification.

Super soft colorful

This design is an upgrade to AC-01, but it is specially developed for leisure wear and softer than AC-01. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

High elasticity multicolor

This design is upgraded based on AC-01, specially developed for some high-elasticity fabric like Spandex / Lycra, making the pattern with higher elasticity. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

Anti-sublimation multicolor

This design is an upgrade to AC-01. A kind of barrier material is used to prevent the disperse dye sublimating to the surface of the pattern. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

Gold glitter multicolor

This design is an upgrade to AC-01. The gold glitter material is used to make the design more shining and gorgeous. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

Puff effect

This design is an upgrade to AC-01, but it has a 3D effect. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

Bag & suitcase multicolor

This design is upgraded based on AC-01 and uses the high covered special material of white ink, which will cover up the fabric grain after heat transfer. It also can avoid the chemical reaction (logo falling off) of sticker and condensation agent.

Multifunctional colored

This design is an upgrade to AC-01. Many special materials like gold glitter/puff/pearling/noctilucence can be used at the same time so that the design can present many different effects. The other performance is the same as AC-01.

Multicolor offset

This design is printed by imported high temperature offset ink and silica gel plastisol ink. It has soft hand feeling, good washing fastness and no glue edge. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Foil

This design uses imported PU material and metallic film substrate so that it has a beautiful metallic effect but no glue edge. Gold and Silver can be chosen to fashion your clothes. It has passed SGS environmental certificate.

Non-P PVC

This design uses the UV printing craft and has bright color and high definition. The design has no phthalandione. It has passed SGS environmental certificate.

Screen printing

This design uses polyurethane material, which can be reflected mainly in color stability. It has quick-drying performance, and it also has good light fastness, humidity rubbing fastness, washing fastness and color stability. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Screen printing spot-color

This design is an upgrade to AW-07. Several special materials like gold glitter/puff/pearling/noctilucencecan are used at the same time so that the design can present various effects. The other performance is the same as AW-07.

Care label

This design uses polyurethane material. It has quick-drying performance, and it also has good light fastness, elasticity, and humidity rubbing fastness. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Gold glitter

This design uses imported PU. Glitter with 100% density and high coverage in any color can be added. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Reflective

This design uses imported PU and special reflective glass bead as substrate. It can be monochrome printed and color printed. The design has no glue edge. It has a thick and solid ink layer so that it has good washing fastness.

3D thick

This design uses water-based materials, so it has high elasticity and flexibility. It can be monochrome printed and color printed. The design has good washing fastness and color stability. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Special thick

This design can present different effects (reflective effect, metallic effect, pearl effect or other effects like AW16) by using special substrates.

 

Silicone

Silicone heat transfer is a new design which uses screen printing or model pressing. It is eco-friendly, flexible and waterproof. It also has good washing fastness and high-temperature resistance as well as good hand feeling.

Care label transfer

This design uses polyurethane, which can be reflected mainly in color stability. It has quick-drying performance, and it also has good light fastness, humidity rubbing fastness, washing fastness and color stability. It has passed the SGS environmental certification.

Monochromatic flock

This design is suitable for monochrome printing. It has a fur-like texture and a 3D effect. The design has quick-drying performance, and it also has good elasticity, light fastness, humidity rubbing fastness, washing fastness and color stability.

Multicolor flock

This design is suitable for polychrome printing. It has a fur-like texture and a 3D effect. The design has quick-drying performance, and it also has good elasticity, light fastness, humidity rubbing fastness, washing fastness and color stability.

Laser

This design uses imported PET materials. The color can be customized. It can be done into many effects, like metallic, hologram, etc. It has good washing fastness and soft hand feeling.
