Embroidered Patches Are Striking Grandly

Embroidery patches, also known as garment badges, are created by using fabric backings and threads. Embroidery patches can be stitched or glued to more modern methods such as ironing, dryer heat activated adhesives and velcro backing.

Prior to the advent of computer technology, patches were made by hand. However, the general process is still the same today. First, the fabric backing is cut to shape. To prevent wear, the edges of the backing are heat sealed. Then sew the thread in place. But as technology has evolved, computer machines have brought rare art to mass production.
As a successor to modern embroidery, we are still struggling to innovate and develop our personal designs. From materials to design,we want to build our only embroidery process.

Our Material
CSTOWN embroidery patch is mainly made of sequin, metallic thread, polyester thread and chenille, lining the end of the cloth. There are three types of backing fabric, including twill, felt and lacy mesh. Let's talk about these materials

Sequin
Sequin looks sparkling and gives some noble jewelry feel. It is widely used in stage clothing, bags and shoes.

Metallic Thread
Metallic thread feels tough. Available in two colors, gold and white. More importantly, it can reflect light to your eyes. It is to some extent identical to the sequins.

Polyester Thread
Polyester thread is used daily for sewing and stitching. It has a variety of different color needs

Chenille
Chenille is comfortable and soft. And there are all kinds of colors.

Backing Fabric
